How accurate is the Dr. Plant diagnosis?
Dr. Plant uses advanced AI trained on thousands of botanical datasets. While highly accurate for common issues, we always recommend checking the "Care History" to see if your watering or lighting habits have changed recently.
Why does the Light Meter suggest moving my plant?
The meter measures actual "Lux" (light intensity). Even if a room feels bright to you, it might be "Low Light" for a tropical plant. We use thresholds (100/300/800 Lux) to ensure your plant can photosynthesize effectively.
How does the Weather Station help my plants?
The app syncs with your local weather. If it's exceptionally hot or raining, our AI "Care Insights" will suggest adjusting your watering schedule to match the current environment.
Can I snooze a watering reminder?
Yes! If the soil is still damp, you can snooze the task. Dr. Plant will remember this and help you adjust the frequency for next time.
What happens if I miss a task?
Missed tasks are logged in your "Care History." This helps you track long-term patterns if your plant starts showing signs of stress.
If I share a plant, can people see my location?
No. Sharing only sends the plant's nickname, species, care stats, and photos. Your personal account details and precise location are never shared.
Can I stop sharing a plant after I've sent the link?
Yes. If you delete the plant from your "My Garden" or change your privacy settings, the shared link will automatically show a "Specimen Missing" message to others.
How do I sync my data across devices?
As long as you are logged in with the same account, your garden, wishlist, and reminders sync automatically via our secure cloud.
What is the "Daily Insight"?
It's a masterclass in plant care! Each day, you'll receive a new tip or "Lunar Guide" insight to help you become a better plant parent.
I found a bug! How do I report it?
We love feedback! Tap the "Contact Support" button at the bottom of the profile page or email us at team.plantsaga@gmail.com.
